We collect the minimum information required to operate Cakey AI: the wallet address you sign in with, any contact details you choose to give us such as an email for notifications, application data you submit when you apply to launch a project, and product telemetry such as page views, feature usage, and error logs.

Your data powers authentication, fraud and rug‑pull detection, allocation eligibility, customer support, and platform analytics. We never sell personal information to third parties.

We share data only with vetted processors (hosting, analytics, KYC providers, email infrastructure) under data‑processing agreements, and when legally compelled.

We keep account and compliance records for as long as your account is active and as required by law. Telemetry is retained in aggregated form.

We use encryption in transit and at rest, role‑based access, and routine audits. No system is perfectly secure, so report concerns to security@cakeylaunch.com.
